Our super luxe Haus Hot Chocolate or 'Shokolade' is truly indulgent. Melted Swiss chocolate served with lashings of whipped cream and a toasted marshmallow. Stick some fuel on your fire by adding any of our Winterzeit Schnapps. The salted caramel Schnapps is fast becoming a Haus favourite.
Back by festive demand. Classic winter herbs & spices are fused for 24 hours before we add our wine & port. Served in our limited-edition Manchester Ist Wunderbar mugs.

INDULGENT WINTER BAKES
All our breads and pastries are baked fresh every day in the Schloss bakery. Here's some of this month's highlights from our bakery team;
Haus made brioche doughnuts filled with raspberry, custard and chocolate. Served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
CINNAMON CROISSANT & HOT CHOCOLATE SAUCE
Fresh baked croissant dough swirled with cinnamon sugar with a dipping pot of melted chocolate.

Saint Nic Ain’t Sour
Jameson’s whiskey, Amaretto, Triple Sec, egg white, lemon,

Spiced Apple Strudel
Kraken rum, apple liquor, pear liquor, cinnamon, lemon.
